Order by 4.30pm Monday to Friday and we will dispatch your order that day using UKMail Express Parcels Next Working Day delivery service.
Next day delivery is offered if all items are in stock. We sell via multiple sales channels such as eBay, Amazon, Etsy, telephone and our trade counter, for this reason products may occasionally go out of stock.
If for any reason the products ordered are out of stock we will aim to despatch your order within 1 to 3 working days using UK Mail Express Parcels Next Day delivery service or Evri Hermes

If you are just ordering a single small item as a sample you can choose Royal Mail (Under 0.75kg Only) shipping method where you will be charged £3.60, this shipping method is only available to orders going to United Kingdom Mainland destinations. If you are in any doubt about the size and weight of the order being suitable for this shipping method please contact us.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
Time for delivery is given as accurately as possible but is not guaranteed. You shall have no rights to damages or to cancel the order for failure for any cause to meet any delivery time stated. In the event that you require a guaranteed delivery date, such date must be negotiated with us and expressly agreed in writing by us as being so guaranteed.
We will endeavour to comply with reasonable requests by you for postponement of delivery but shall be under no obligation to do so. Where postponement is agreed by us in writing you shall pay all costs and expenses including a reasonable charge for storage occasioned thereby.
Unless otherwise expressly provided the point of delivery shall be reached when the goods are delivered to your delivery address, or to the premises of a consignee named by the you or are collected by you or by a carrier paid by the you which ever takes place first.
We shall not be liable for any losses, claims or damages arising from any negligent act, omission, misdirection or misstatement made by you, us or any courier during the course of delivery or unloading of the goods.

We strongly recommend that Tradesmen are not booked until the goods are received at the delivery address. We accept no liability for any direct or indirect costs, damages or expenses relating to late or non delivery.
